make rice (a bit on the softer side) Add salt and turmeric while warm. heat and cool milk. After cooling rice add yogurt and above milk into rice and mix. oil fry: Heat oil, add red chilis, Add chana, urad, Add finely chopped green chilis and ginger. lastly add mustard, jeera and curry leaves. Mix into above rice. Decoration: Sprinkle coriander on top.
