Nalini Kalavacharla Semiya Pulav Ingredients Semiya - 1 cup Water or cocount milk- 1 and 1/2 cups Salt to taste Mixed vegetables like carrots, peas , beans etc as desired- finely chopped and +boiled- Microwave for 4 minutes if using frozen vegetables Ginger garlic paste Slit green chillies Pulav masala powder or garam masala powder - 1 tsp oil Cashews and chopped corriander to garnish Method Roast the semiya in oil till golden brown and keep aside- roast cashews and keep +aside. Heat some oil- fry the ginger garlic paste and chopped boiled vegetables. Add masala powder and chillies add the water or coconut milk let it boil. add salt add the semiya and cook till all liquid evaporates. cool and seperate lumps before serving garnish with cashews and chopped corriander leaves
