boil favorite vegetables well sour buttermilk 2 spoons dhaniya, 4 or 5 spoons chana dal, red chilis (soak in water) add coconut and grind mix into sour buttermilk and add salt add boiled vegetables and let it come to boil. add oil fry (jeera, mustard, menthi, red chilis) add jeera only in sour dishes, not normal dishes.
